  3. Payments

    All transactions settle in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC). Payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Rate fluctuations between offer and payment are absorbed by the buyer.

  4. No Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees on availability, valuation accuracy, or post-transfer account security.

  5. Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service or any transaction.

  6. Prohibited Conduct

    Fraud, impersonation, or false account data is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.
